International Green Mark (IGM®) Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are independently verified documents providing transparent information on the life-cycle environmental performance of Guardian Glass products. IGM EPDs provide consistent, environmental data that architects, consultants and specifiers can reference when evaluating materials used in building projects in Qatar and the wider region. They are established on the basis of comprehensive life cycle assessments and comply with recognized product category rules.
Guardian Glass has updated its IGM EPD certification to reflect the separation of product manufacturing locations into three distinct certificates. These new IGM EPDs cover products made in:
Products manufactured in our AME&I facilities, including a range of flat and processed (wet coated and sputter coated) glass products, are now covered under an updated IGM EPD. Download the document to see the complete list of products covered:
Float, sputter coated, and laminated glass products originating from European manufacturing sites are now covered by a standalone IGM EPD.

A separate IGM EPD applies to lower carbon glass products manufactured in Europe, reflecting the distinct product group and assessment scope.
These declarations are issued under the IGM program operated by the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD®) Institute, which applies a third-party certification process in alignment with international standards.
